Existing hosting and hosted applications are often hosted by local parties. Levarne helps your organisation pick up and transfer these applications to a modern infrastructure. This infrastructure is already equipped with modern security, with the focus not on machines and power contracts, but on the availability of the software. Levarne does not recreate the application. We move the existing application within the client's landscape to a new environment on a public cloud provider, such as AWS, Google Cloud or Azure. For each migration, we create a project plan based on a weekly schedule with fixed, measurable and verifiable deliverables.

Result under shared directionsLevarne offers a working method in which we share a shared responsibility for the terms of delivery. This is parallel to the priorities of the client.
Levarne is a development team at a distance, development as a service. With this we offer an alternative to the traditional time-material solution. We work together with the client to implement activities under shared direction, shared risks of delivery and cost control. We give the development team set goals per month, parallel to the client’s calendar. It is agreed per period which new functionalities and new insights will be built and applied in the production environment. By using multiple profiles, a new functionality is implemented in a short period of 7 to 13 weeks, whereby results should be immediately visible to everyone per phase of 1 to 3 weeks. This method provides grip, control and, of course, visible results. We compose a monthly fee, based on the deployment of various profiles.

Technical support and maintenance. Applications no longer require 24x7 people's attention; Levarne can extensively automate support. We do this with different profiles, so we can scale up with developers if software updates do not work completely. In fact, Levarne completely takes over the care of technical support and maintenance, 24x7 if desired. We deliver this in parallel to multiple production environments so that the costs for deployment are limited.
