Partner in the spotlight!

Today in the partner spotlight: Tjibbe Vissers, Customer Success Manager at Yellow Arrow.

Q1: Can you introduce yourself and tell us about your role as a customer success manager at Yellow Arrow?

I am responsible for acquiring new customers, and I ensure that existing customers appreciate us with a rating of 9+, which is an important goal of Yellow Arrow. One thing should lead to another, and you are free to determine which is the cause and which is the effect.

Q2: What is your favourite aspect of working at Yellow Arrow?

I have about 10 years of experience with modern workplaces. It all started with Citrix and then at Workspace 365. Both are companies that offer a solution to make your digital work easier and more efficient with software. Now that I work at Yellow Arrow, it is my responsibility to fulfil those promises.

Furthermore, I also have the dream of forging my own path and starting a career as a workspace architect. We'll see what the future holds, but it's something I truly strive for. At Yellow Arrow, this is not seen as a risk but as something to be encouraged! I am enterprising in my role and I work with like-minded people.

Q3: How did you come into contact with PLTFRM and what appeals to you about their business model?

Through Workspace 365, I ended up at the "PLTFRM Ecosystem Summit" event in 2023. At that time, there was no direct collaboration between these two parties. I then contacted Yellow Arrow, which is a partner of Workspace 365, advising them to get in touch with PLTFRM. This happened, resulting in Yellow Arrow now being present on PLTFRM and a great collaboration emerging!

Q4: Where do you find value in the collaboration with PLTFRM and can you provide an example of a successful project you have done together?

PLTFRM is a place for us to share knowledge about topics we guide in. PLTFRM supports its client organisations to determine if we are a good match.

Through PLTFRM we have been in contact with the Dutch Foundation for Literature.

We have been able to guide them well in their search for a well-functioning modern workplace, as we know that path very well. Win-win-win!

Q5: How would you briefly describe the company culture at PLTFRM?

Where I would like to work! In a special location in the middle of Utrecht with young, driven people who do not wear a 'business uniform', without compromising on professionalism. You can tell it's a company that has grown from a good idea, where people have to work hard to make it a success, and that is actually happening. There is no lack of ideas and initiatives, the only obstacle is the number of hours in a day.

Q6: In which area would you like to do more in the collaboration with PLTFRM?

They organise events, we do too. Often still double-booked or at the same time. In my opinion, we could do them together!

Q7: What would you like to say to others considering participating in the PLTFRM partner programme?

Is your company very good at something? Are you not afraid to take a stand or make a tough decision about what you do and don't do as a company? Then you have everything to gain by showcasing yourself on the PLTFRM.

Q8: What insight within the collaboration with PLTFRM has always stuck with you?

When you start by showing what your view is on a topic, rather than telling how good you are at that topic, it will yield you much more.

Q9: How do you currently collaborate with PLTFRM?

Let's do it!

Q10: What is your ambition for the recommended period in collaboration with PLTFRM?

Show what we can do with data from financial institutions and how, as an SME organisation, you can also add enterprise functionalities to your digital strategy.
